Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 3, 2026
QuietStream Mental Health Ops LLC ("QuietStream," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, quietstreammh.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
When you fill out our contact or discovery-call intake form, we collect the information you submit, which may include your first and last name, email address, phone number, practice type, estimated monthly billing volume, EHR platform, and any message or details you choose to share. Submissions are sent to us via email and are not stored in a separate database on our Site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit our Site we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring/exit pages, and the dates and times of your visit, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls or revenue audits
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- To measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns
- To communicate with you about our services, when you've invited us to
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising (Including LinkedIn Ads)
We run advertising campaigns on LinkedIn. As part of these campaigns, our Site may use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and similar tracking technologies. This tag allows LinkedIn to place cookies on your browser and collect data about your visit — such as pages viewed and general engagement — so that we can measure how well our LinkedIn ads perform and, where relevant, show tailored ads to people who have previously visited our Site.
LinkedIn acts as an independent controller of the data it collects through the Insight Tag. You can review LinkedIn's own data practices in the LinkedIn Privacy Policy, and you can manage or opt out of LinkedIn's use of your data for advertising through your LinkedIn account settings or LinkedIn's opt-out tools, even if you don't have a LinkedIn account.
We may also use standard analytics cookies to understand overall Site traffic and usage patterns. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how parts of the Site function.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information submitted through our Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or email is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain intake form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with legal or contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
7. Your Choices & Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain advertising uses of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below, and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also opt out of LinkedIn ad tracking directly through the LinkedIn tools linked in Section 3, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing emails at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or contacting us directly.
8. A Note on Health Information
QuietStream provides billing and revenue-cycle operations support to mental health group practices. Our Site itself is informational and is not used to collect Protected Health Information (PHI) about any patient. Any PHI we handle on behalf of a client practice is transmitted and stored through separate, secure systems governed by a Business Associate Agreement, not through this website.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site is intended for practice owners, administrators, and clinicians, and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as LinkedIn) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the "Effective Date" above when we do. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
